What do I need to rent aN EQUIPMENT?

RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 years of age, You will need a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport, as well as a valid credit card / DEBIT CARD, proof of automobile insurance if renting a vehicle.

How long can I rent aN EQUIPMENT FOR?

For as long as you need it  to get the job done. You can rent on your terms. We offer 4-hour MINIMUM, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RENT AN EQUIPMENT?  

VERY EASY AND SIMPLE; YOU CAN RENT IT ONline HUSTLE FREE, YOU COULD CONTACT US OR YOU COULD STOP BY.

HOW CAN I GET AN EQUIPMENT TO MY LOCATION?

WE COULD DELIVER IT TO YOUR LOCATION AND PICK IT ONCE YOUR RENTAL PERIOD ENDS OR YOU COULD PICK IT UP FROM OUR LOCATION AND RETURN IT TO IT.

WHY SHOULD I RENT FROM SOLAINCO?

SHOULD I REFUEL? 

YES, EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE REFUELED BEFORE BEING RETURNED.

HOW DO I PAY?

IF YOU RENT IT ON OUR WEBSITE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY RIGHT THERE AND THEN OR IN PERSON AT OUR LOCATION WITH A VALID ID AND DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD.

Do I need to end my rental period?

Yes, Renter must drop the equipment off at our location or if the equipment was delivered, Renter must call or email us to let us know when the equipment is not longer need; otherwise If you exceed the estimated rental duration and do not call us to let us know that you are finished with the equipment, you will be charged for all additional days that the equipment was on your site.

 

How to avoid damage to the ground of the site I am operating the equipment on?

rubber tracks instead of steel tracks is recommended to avoid and/or minimize ground damage while you complete your landscaping and earthmoving projects.

Am I responsible for damages?

yes. Incidental damage may be covered by our Damage protection program. For more details on our rental policies, please refer to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the provided Rental Agreement.

Am I responsible for toll charges?

Yes. The renter is responsible for all toll charges assessed during delivery and pickup.

how long do i have to use the equipment for a 1 day rental period?

if your rental period starts at 10am you may run the equipment up to eight (8) hours through 10 AM on the following business day. If you use the equipment for more than one (1) 8-hour shift, you will be charged for two (2) days of use.

How long is each rental period?

One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24-hour period.

One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a seven-day period.

One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period.

Is fuel included?

no. you could Prepay for the Fuel; This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas or The equipment could delivered to the renter or picked up by the renter with a full fuel tank. If refueling is necessary, it is the renter's responsibility to refuel the equipment, otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee.

Will I be charged for my rental over the weekend?

Yes, the equipment is on rent until it is returned. it is DEFINITELY more convenient to rent it for a week instead of being charged daily rate and extra delivery and pick up charges.

What if I need my equipment for longer than anticipated?

no problem. once you are done with it; you could just drop the equipment off at our location or we will pick it up once you are done with it.  If it becomes long overdue, we’ll follow up to see if you still need the equipment.

What should I do once I pick up or RECEIVE my rental?

we recommend to take pictures of the exterior and cab of the equipment and make sure to keep them for your records.

 

how big are the dump trailers?

we have two sizes available; 7 cubic yards and 15 cubic yards. both size hold 3 tons (6,000 lbs.)

Is there anything that I shouldn’t put in the dump trailers?

There are certain items that are prohibited by landfills, thESE items must NOT be put in the dump trailers:  paint or chemicals of any kind, tires, batteries, appliances with Freon, flammable liquids, or bodily fluids. Nothing living or dead should be put in the Dump TRAILERS. HERE IS A LIST OF THE PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Substances hazardous to health such as toxic and or corrosive materials and or liquids.

Liquids of any kind (contained or not).

Filled and sealed industrial drums.

Filled and sealed paint cans.

Medical and/or infectious waste.

Dead animals.

Asbestos.

Paint.

Gas/propane containers of any kind.

Vehicle batteries.

Appliances.

Adhesive.

Alive animals.

Asphalt.

Bodily fluids.

Pesticides.

Ink.

Resins.

Tires.

Flammable fluids.

Contaminated soil, Absorbents (Oil Dri)

can I rent a dump trailer after hours in case of emergency?

yes. you can contact us 24/7 for emergency service / rentals.

when can I get a dump trailer delivered to my location or pick it up myself?

we could deliver the dump trailer between 6am and 7pm. 24/7 for emergency service / rentals. and you could pick up / drop off the dump trailer at our location anytime between 6am and 9pm. PLEASE NOTE: EQUIPMENT THAT IS RETURNED AFTER REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS WILL NOT BE CHECKED IN UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. IF RETURNING AFTER HOURS WHEN OUR LOCATION IS CLOSED, THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT UNTIL THE SATISFACTORY CHECK IN OF THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT THE NEXT DAY.

WILL HOA ALLOW A DUMP TRAILER IN MY DRIVEWAY? 

most hoa are ok with dump trailers. if there is any hours restrictions, we can ACCOMMODATE within the best time for you.

 

am I responsible for the maintenance and repair?

we perform routine maintenance on our equipment, there should not be any need to perform any maintenance and/or repairs to the equipment during your rental period.

how do i transport the equipment to my site?

you could either pick it up from our location or we could deliver it to you.

 

Do our enclosed cargo trailers have brakes?

yes, they do.

 

Do I Need Insurance?

Proof of insurance is not required. A damage protection is optional to purchase with your rental.

 

What is a damage protection?

the charge for Damage Protection is 15% of the Rental Price

damage protection is an optional service offered by Solainco that, if selected, modifies the our Agreement to relieve Renter of repair charges, replacement charges or Administrative Charges if the Equipment is damaged during normal use during the Rental Period.

Damage Protection does not cover loss of or damage to tools and large equipment caused by anything other than normal use, including damage caused by theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, or intentional acts. Renter expressly acknowledges and agrees that Renter will be responsible for all loss or damage caused by anything other than normal use of tools and large equipment.

 

Can I decline the damage protection?

Yes, but only if you provide us with a certificate of insurance (COi)

 

Will my insurance cover a trailer rental?

The only way to know if your insurance will cover trailer rentals is by contacting your insurance company and asking them. However, a COl would still be required.

 

what can i use a enclosed cargo trailer for?

Do I Qualify to rent a vehicle?

You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license and proof of insurance. the underage surcharge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 is $25 per day

 

do i need insurance? 

yes, proof of automobile INSURANCE will be REQUIRe.

 

do you offer damage protection? 

yes, we do.

 

Is a vehicle rental deposit REQUIRED?

yes, it is REQUIRED ($300).

 

Will There Be an Additional Charge If I am Late Returning the Rental vehicle?

There is a two hours grace period for hourly rentals (4 hours minimum). 

If the vehicle is returned 2 hours after the hourly rental period ended; you will be charged a daily rental rate.

Please Note: A vehicle  that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next day. If returning after hours when our location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.

 

can I put a motorized vehicle in the mobile storage unit?

no, you can't. please note; renter is responsible for damages cause to the floor and walls inside the unit.

What can't I put in the unit?

Hazardous Materials such as toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, substance, material or waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles and illegal items cannot be placed in the unit. human and animal habitation is STRICTLY prohibited.

When do I pay for my unit?

solainco makes payments simple. you'll be able to pay for it when you rent your unit online or in person at our location. depending on the length of your rental; weekly or monthly, you'll be charge for the first week or month plus one time delivery fee. we will collect your credit card information and depending on the length of your rental we will charge your credit card on a weekly or monthly basis.

how do i get the mobile storage unit to my home?

we will delivery for you and pick it up at the end of your rental period.

do i get a full refund if i cancel it?

yes, you will get a full refund if you cancel it 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

when do you deliver the units?

we will deliver it anytime you choose between 6am and 7pm.

what are the units made out of?

our units are made out of strong and durable pest resistant plywood, our units have better air circulation then steel containers reducing the formation or organic matters llike mildew and mold. 

 

What kind of work can the operators do?

our operators can do a vast variety of tasks; landscaping, excavating, demolition, lawn and garden projects, digging, hauling, driving, and more.

 

How many hours per day can an operator work?

Minimum of 4 hours with negotiable maximum operating hours per day within local policies and restriction. Extra hours exceding 8 hours per day will be charged at time and half.
